The one bedroom / two bathroom floorplan at Splash is very popular with vacationing families because it offers a fantastic value proposition - enough room to sleep six people comfortably, two full bathrooms (one with tub/bath combo, one with stand up shower), full kitchen, washer/dryer and direct oceanfront balony. Each 1Br condo has approximately 891 square feet and the resort developer designed the space quite well to give vacationing families the maximum amount of "elbow room" possible. The bedding arrangement typically includes a King bed in the master bedroom, a full size sofa sleeper and built in bunks in a hallway alcove that are built with kids in mind, but large enough for adults (6 ft. 3 in. or under).
